NIC has a support staff available twenty-fours a day, seven days a week to service your network. We provide routine maintenance schedules to prevent network failures. Proactive maintenance increases efficiency, profitability and allows your IT staff the option to move out of troubleshooting into core areas of competencies.

We offer a number of different service contacts. If service is needed “twenty-four-seven,” we guarantee on-site service within four hours of notification. Or we can service your network at scheduled intervals, be it weekly, monthly, or quarterly.

A “Bucket-of-Hours” is a pay in advance maintenance agreement preferred by many of our clients. We offer this service at a reduced charge and let you use your hours for a variety of IT needs. Many clients purchase the service to augment their in-house resources for rush projects and emergencies. Rates vary depending on the amount of lead-time provided.

With Network Monitoring, we strategically insert a device in your network and monitor it from NIC’s facility. In the event of a problem, we immediately contact you and work with you to resolve it. Network Monitoring reduces downtime and emergencies.

NetStat also monitors and analyzes your network full time from our facility. Netstat provides information to resolve potential problems before they occur. When an error is detected, we immediately alert you and fix it either through remote access or on site. What’s more, we are available twenty-four hours a day to assist you with interpreting events as well as providing a fast diagnosis in the event of a network outage.

We have the capability to monitor all of your network’s activities including bandwidth utilization, port vulnerability, and faulty configuration.
